finalssssss

About to leave for my first final of Spring 09
It's in I.O. Psychology, when I read the text book I'm always like omg this is such obvious stuff, but then I get into the test and am like wtf what did I miss?!?!

SO wish me Luck!!!

Also please wash your hands incessantly and stay home if you're sick, I really don't want to get the swine flu. My thoughts are with those who have contracted it. Fingers crossed that the docs are wrong and it doesn't turn into a pandemic!

GA on Sat. if the surgeon gives the all clear! So Excited!!!

*Finals*

Finals next weeeek :(

This week I'm wishing that I'd started college right after high school.
Everyone's graduating and I won't until fall :( eh woe is me.
Howeverrr, I may have to put it off until Spring (then I'll grad with Patrick :) ) in order to extend my health insurance...

Recently, I heard that the reason the health care system is soooo over stressed because of all the illegal immigrants.... seems like we should address that issue BEFORE socializing medicine... Yea that sounds like a better plan. Socialized medicine is not all its cracked up to be. Seriously. Have a look at places like England. The standard of care is ridiculous, my grandparents wait MONTHS for an appointment only to then be referred to more competent doctors that they will need to pay for out of pocket.

Anywayzzz, When the health ins runs out because of graduating we can get MARRIED :) YAY!
but past that we have noooo idea what we're doing...
possibly going to England for a year
possibly starting a masters program at USF
possibly moving to Colorado and working for a year before starting a masters or doctorate program...

hummmm not sure.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Twilight and cancelled vacations

so it's been awhile...
but in my defense the charger to my comp was broken

so I finally read Twilight.
I was putting it off because I didn't want it to be as good as Harry Potter.

Good news - it's totally different but just a fabulous.
I mean I now enjoy having dreams about vampires, good.

If you haven't read it, and you like a little danger with your romance - READ IT!

So finally we're planning to do something other than school,
We have a trip to GA all planned, so that we can visit family, and my best friend for her graduation.

I was planning on being at her graduation, I mean its a pretty major thing, but of course my summer classes start that day- which I cannot miss or I will be dropped from the classes.
So we're going the week before and that was going to be just fine.
But - and it seems like I have more but's in my life than anyone else - I've now started having gallbladder attacks. Fabulous.

I had an ultrasound yesterday and have some little gallstones.... they don't feel little. They feel like monsters punching me from the inside out, lighting fires in my lower chest and putting my ribcage in a ridiculously strong vice

So now I have to have surgery. Again. this better not be a yearly thing.
AND they still haven't figured out if I have Cushing's or not.
Blarrrrg-well the bottom line is that I might have to cancel GA in order to have surgery seeing as I have no other time.

Also, I'd like to say thank you to the very persistent Fed Ex man who delivered my charger :)
